About Online Consultations
We use Traditional Chinese Medicine. Whatever your pet symptom, condition or disease is, we can advise a herbal pet product or pet medication to treat the disease pattern in your pet. We will create a unique treatment plan and a prescription of chinese herbs specifically for your pet’s condition.
Two cats may suffer from the same condition (ie the flu). When the two cats symptoms are differentiated, the formula and treatments will be very different indeed. Because the cause of that condition is entirely different in each pet.
Online Pet Herbs provides a detailed analysis of your pet when you have a consultation. We prescribe a formula that is unique, designed specifically for your pet’s symptoms and constitution.
Having a complete consultation means that your pet will have the best treatment possible, get quicker results and enables us to address your pet’s underlying health problems. We also may offer Chinese dietary therapy to aid the herbal treatment wherever appropriate.
For an online consultation all that is required is that you fill in our Complete Online Consultation form along with the consultation fee. Online Pet Herbs will prescribe a herbal formula according to the information provided about your pet.

International Orders
Please fill in the online consultation. Online Pet Herbs will email you an invoice for the herbs, consultation and postage to your country. You will be able to pay online via a secure paypal transaction, when you receive the email. Please ensure that you check with your post office regarding receiving dried herbs from Australia. Most countries are fine with dried herbs but some will require you to have a permit.
